Es Pou Monjo - Two Bedroom House, Sleeps 4

DESCRIPTION: La Coqueta is a very cozy cottage, which is on the outskirts of Caimari in a quiet and rural location . The mallorcan style house is built on a 1800qm plot and has a living area of 100 sqm, all on one level . This house has a kitchen with microwave, gas cooker and all necessary small appliances. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one en-suite) . Both bedrooms have air-conditioning. The living room has a sofa, free wifi gratis satellite TV , air conditioning and a dining table for 6 people. In the corner there is the typical Majorcan open fireplace. There is a large terrace with furniture and BBQ and a small pool 5x3 m, which is surrounded by artificial grass.

Bedroom 2: double bed 135x190 cm , bathroom en-suite , airconditioning, ground floor

Bathroom 1: shower, toilet, ground floor
Bathroom 2: shower, toilet, ground floor

The use of airconditioning will be charged with 0,35€/kWh

Before you leave the airport: Please call 0034-664 669 353 to notify that you are on your way. We then know that you are at the cottage in approx. 40 minutes.

HOW TO GET TO „COQUETA“ (GPS 39.766650, 2.900724)

NOTE: several navigation system will not locate the house or you will not be led
there correctly
This may be not the quickest way but it is the easiest way to get there

1. Airport Son Sant Joan near Palma
You leave the airport Son Sant Joan and take the motorway in direction PALMA (Ma-19)

2. Near Palma - Via Cintura
After 5 km you reach the exit "VIA CINTURA". (Exit Nr. 3). Here you turn right to "VIA CINTURA" ("VIA CINTURA is the motorway surrounding Palma).

3. Exit to Inca
You drive about 3km on the "VIA CINTURA" until the exit INCA / PORT D'ALCUDIA. .
You are driving on the Ma-13. Follow the motorway about 26km, INCA/SINEU/LLUBI/MURO

4. Inca
You will now pass 4 roundabouts.
Roundabout 1: 3rd exit
Roundabout 2: 2nd exit
Roundabout 3: 1nd exit
Roundabout 4: 3nd exit
You now continue direction Richtung SELVA. You dirve now in Inca, always straight ahead until you have to turn left obligatory, then directly after that you turn right (direction SELVA/LLUC). You dirve Ma-2130 and follow this road 5,8km until you reach CAIMARI. You will drive through the village of SELVA

5. In Caimari
When you reach the village of CAIMARI, take the little road that turns left, just before entering the village (Crta Caimari – Mancor). Take the small dead end road you see after 300m. In here, after 60m you’ll see the entrance to the cottage on your right hand side
