It boasts an ideal location, just 15 minutes from the Croisette in Cannes and its festivals. The Nice-Côte d’Azur International Airport is nearby.

It consists of two levels accessible by stairs.
Accommodation for 6 people
3 double bedrooms with 2 bathrooms arranged as follows:

1st level:
- 1 air-conditioned double bedroom with its own private bathroom, plenty of storage space and closets, and a wardrobe.
- 1 fully equipped kitchen
- 1 air-conditioned and bright living room

Second level:
- 1 very large, air-conditioned bedroom, tastefully renovated and decorated, with a lovely view and a balcony shared with the second bedroom
- 1 second air-conditioned double bedroom, renovated, with a mountain view and a balcony shared with the other large bedroom.

Le Nid de Mougins is equipped with reversible air conditioning, a living room, and a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, oven, stovetop, washing machine, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, and toaster. Each bedroom has storage space and its own private bathroom with a shower and toilet. Free Wi-Fi and a flat-screen TV.
