This cozy holiday apartment in the Mönchgut building in the popular Baltic Sea resort of Sellin on the island of Rügen offers 32 square meters of living space, providing the perfect retreat for up to three guests. Located in a quiet area of the Sellin Lake Park, just 900 meters from the Baltic Sea, the fine sandy beach, and Lake Sellin, you can enjoy relaxing holidays here. Shops and a bakery are located directly in the complex and are easily accessible on foot.

The apartment is on the first floor and boasts functional and comfortable furnishings. The separate bedroom with blackout curtains features a comfortable double bed, while a double sofa bed in the living area offers additional sleeping space. The open-plan, fully equipped kitchen with microwave, coffee maker, and toaster leaves nothing to be desired. A modern bathroom with shower, toilet, and hairdryer, as well as free Wi-Fi and a television, complete the amenities. Bed linens are provided upon arrival.

The northwest-facing balcony is particularly pleasant, offering a relaxing place to end the day. This non-smoking apartment also allows one pet. Guests benefit from extras such as a bicycle storage room and a children's playground within the complex.

A security deposit of €100 is required for the apartment, which will be promptly refunded upon proper handover.
