This modern furnished apartment is located on the ground floor, offers 35 square meters of space for max. 2 adults and has internet - wifi. Over the separate entrance to the hall you enter the hall with cloakroom and wardrobe. The cozy living room has an upholstered seating area with table and chairs and a cabinet with a modern flat-screen TV - device. Here is also a dining table with chairs. The small kitchenette in the living area is fully equipped with a 4-plate cooker, kettle, coffee maker, toaster and fridge. The bedroom has a comfortable double bed (full mattress) with bedside tables and reading lamps.   For a one-time surcharge of 14.90 euros per guest bed linen (self-service) and towels are provided on your arrival. The bathroom with window is equipped with shower, toilet and vanity. Everything looks very bright and friendly, so that you feel comfortable from the beginning. A sexy bad weather alternative is the adventure ahoy with swimming pool, slide and sauna facilities at the nearby Seepark Sellin.
