The well-kept holiday complex with seaside architecture is located 800 meters from the southern beach of the Baltic Sea resort of Sellin. Sellin's landmark and main attraction is without a doubt the 400 meter long pier with restaurant. Built in 1906, it was destroyed twice over the years before being completely demolished in 1978. The new building was built in the 1990s based on the old model and since 1998 it has stood proudly above the sea again.
