Maison de Charme à Séguret Avec Piscine Privée

At the foot of the listed village of Séguret, discover a charming Provençal house nestled in the heart of the family estate, between vineyards and olive trees. You will appreciate its beautiful volumes, its luminosity and its 360-degree view of the Dentelles de Montmirail and the plain of Séguret. You can relax in the veranda, on the shaded terrace or by the large private swimming pool.

The accommodations are an entire house of about 130 square meters with garden and a large secure swimming pool (12x6m). You will find a terrace at the height of the house as well as a shaded terrace at garden height.
You will have a garage to store bicycles, for example.

From the house, you can contemplate the Dentelles de Montmirail, the Séguret plain and its vineyards, as well as the surrounding olive trees and vineyards.

Less than five minutes' walk away are a football stadium and a fitness trail with a petanque court.

The house is composed as follows:

- Entrance is through the south and west facing veranda with a table and chairs.

- A kitchen with a fridge and freezer area, induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. You will also find a whole assortment of small appliances as well as all the crockery and utensils necessary for the smooth running of your stay.

- The living room consists of a living room area with a sofa and two leather armchairs, a coffee table, a TV stand and a smart TV. The dining room will accommodate up to six guests for meals.

- A corridor leads to the three bedrooms, a bathroom and the separate toilets.

- The first bedroom is equipped with a 160x200cm bed with bedside tables and a wardrobe with shelves for your clothes.

- The second bedroom is equipped with a 160x200cm bed with bedside tables, a dressing table with mirror as well as a dressing room with a shelving area and a wardrobe area.

- The third bedroom is equipped with a 160x200cm bed with bedside tables, a dressing room with a shelving area and a wardrobe with private access to a bathroom with shower, sink, toilet and storage column.

- The bathroom served by the corridor is equipped with a shower, a double sink and storage shelves.

- The toilet is equipped with a washbasin.
PGJyPgOutside, the gravel courtyard is served by a private access that will accommodate your vehicle and from where you can access the house, the garage and the swimming pool.

The fenced and private swimming pool has a beach on its entire perimeter and has an awning and a stone wood barbecue.

The house is on one level first upstairs, above garages.
