This is a stunning property! Perfect location, peaceful and quiet. The roof top deck was an amazing place for morning coffee and sunsets. Host was very responsive if questions came up. We will definitely stay here again.

Above expectations & amazing views.

My family of 7 stayed at this property for eight nights, and it definitely exceeded our expectations, from the homes’s beauty inside and out, to the amazing views and location, to the accommodations and amenities. Even though we were away from home, it felt like we were at home. I highly recommend this property if you’re looking for a top tier experience and we would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Experience

My family and I had a wonderful experience and stay. The house is spectacular, with unbelievable views, a great outdoor kitchen area, pool area, and was very clean and tidy and well-maintained. Communication with the host was excellent, and it is obvious that he truly wants his guests to have a tremendous experience. I would recommend this property to anyone visiting Sedona.

The house and location were great. Our stay was comfortable. Took advantage of outside sitting and views constantly. Minor issue with the hot tub (and the communication with property manager was quick and detailed) but did not effect the overall quality of our stay. If future plans dictate a large, nice house we will not hesitate to reserve this property

Palatial house, exceptionally well-managed

Each member of our family (10 of us, ages 9-80) was thrilled with the home and its luxurious facilities. The house itself is immaculate, grand and lovely; lots of space for everyone, a chef's kitchen, and great views. The pool and spa kept the kids busy and happy for hours. Jared Folsom manages the property and was almost instantly and capably responsive to all inquiries or minor issues. And, of course, Sedona itself is spectacularly scenic on foot or by car.

First of all the property manager was great and was always available. The house was beautiful, clean and all the rooms had lots of space. Oh and did i mention the view, amazing views. Close to restaurants and shopping. The only thing i would suggest is to have a few games to play in the evening when hanging out. But everything else was perfect. Thank you

Exceeded Expectations

This is an incredible home with high ceilings, spectacular views, plenty of space for our family to spread out. We really enjoyed the back yard fire-pit, pool and hot tub. There is great privacy and it was the perfect setting for our family. Jared was an incredible host. Our large family has stayed in many house rentals and never found a house manager as responsive and helpful as Jared. We look forward to returning soon. Thanks again.

Fabulous Sedona Home

The home and property were wonderful. It was a perfect place to stay for our family of six adults and three children. We stayed there for one week at the beginning of April. The weather included chilly temperatures and hail but the swimming pool was heated so the kids really enjoyed it. The home was expansive with 25 ft. ceilings and floor to ceiling windows. The views from inside the house and rooftop deck were incomparable. Anything you would want in a vacation home was there. It was a short drive to Sedona for restaurants and take out, although if you wanted to cook the kitchen had everything one would need. The Grand Canyon and Antelope Canyon were a few hours away but an easy drive. Without question our family would happily stay there again.

Outstanding, outstanding, outstanding! The pictures and description do not adequately capture the beauty of this property. From the moment you drive up to the driveway, there is an instant WOW-factor! Elegantly nestled in a beautiful and quiet upscale residential area of West Sedona, this property is in close proximity to delicious restaurants, hiking, and beautiful red rock mountain views. This property exceeded our expectations. It had everything we could imagine- pool towels toys, pots, pans, seasonings... EVERYTHING! We enjoyed the beautiful heated pool and jacuzzi, the luxurious roooftop which had phenomenal views of the red rocks and the various rooms to gather and talk. We enjoyed cooking in the chef's dream kitchen and had the best night's sleep ever on the comfortable mattresses in the bedrooms. This place was immaculate. Every morning we could see hot air balloons which were beautiful and oh so vibrant- a wonderful way to start each morning along with coffee and views. The host Jared was very responsive, kind, and answered all of our questions. The check in process was a breeze! I highly recommend this property for your next visit to Sedona as we definitely will be back to this exact house!

One Word - AMAZING!!!

This house is easily the nicest place we have ever stayed through VRBO. The pictures (which are beautiful) actually don’t do it justice. As soon as you walk through the doors, your jaw will drop - from the 20+ foot ceilings, the views, the chef’s kitchen, the pool / jacuzzi - everything is fantastic. We chose to alternate days with activities and it was a great decision - one day to the Grand Canyon, one day staying at home to relax, use the pool, and cook dinner, one day to Antelope Canyon / Horseshoe Bend, one day at home. You will look forward coming home to this place every time. Jared, the property manager, was great to work with and provided several nice recommendations - restaurants, Pink Jeep tour, wineries, and other activities. Highly recommend this place and will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Sedona!
