The open-concept living area has all you need for a hassle-free Sedona vacation, comfy couches, a fireplace, and a separate dining area. Whether you’re playing board games, having fun movie nights, or sharing a meal around the table, the living space is cozy and comfortable. The kitchen is off the living space and is well-equipped with modern amenities and appliances and includes a washer/dryer for your convenience.



Mountain Lilac has access to communal amenities but also has the luxury of a private patio with a propane BBQ grill and outdoor seating area surrounded by trees, ideal for alfresco dining and stargazing the Sedona skies.



The Nepenthe Complex is one of the most friendly, inviting, and scenic complexes in West Sedona and boasts great amenities and beautifully landscaped grounds throughout. It has a seasonal community pool (heated May thru September, possibly an additional 2 weeks in April or October, depending on the weather & temperatures each year). The hot tub is open year-round (the pool and spa community area is monitored by video cameras).

There is no on-street parking. Cars must be in the garage or carport. Not in guest parking spaces. Cars must be 18` or less long, and less than 70" high to fit in the garage. No RV parking is allowed.

There are taxis, Uber (limited), and the Sedona Trolley but we recommend guests have their own car. This is a small town and public transportation is very limited.



Other forms of transportation available in the area include the Verde Valley Linx Public Transport, the Sedona Shuttle (only operable Thursday through Sunday to select popular trailheads), Lyft (limited), and several rental companies providing rental machines for off-road adventures.
