'Wat ouder resort hotel. Vlakbij bar met erg veel geluidsoverlast in de avond. Receptie was zakelijk. Glimlachen mag.'

'Convenient location for My Visit Nice Place'

'Room felt like an apartment'

'Vrijwel alles prima. Fles water was te krijgen bij de receptie. Waarom niet iedere dag in de kamer? Enige minpuntje is de tussendeur naar kamer ernaast die niet goed geluidsisolerend is! Eerste avond vrij lawaaiig!'

'Really nice place. Very clean and very quiet. Beautiful ocean view. My only gripe was you cannot turn the air temperature below 72 or the coils will freeze. They did provide a small fan and since it is the end of October it's not as hot as summer months. I would stay here again maybe just not in the summer months.'

'Great beach. Large bedrooms.'

'The setting was beautiful, very old-time Floridian. Courtney, the receptionist, and later our server for breakfast, was courteous and accommodating. The included breakfast was delicious. We had actually forgotten a personal item and I contacted the inn for assistance. Dean was able to ship it back to us quickly. I highly recommend this B&B and plan to stay there again as my husband I need to make a trip to Melbourne annually.'

'At check-in, the front desk employee was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and looked really nice! Only downside was that the AC unit that made quite some noise was located directly next to the bed (2-3 ft away from where my head was), and the pillows were a little bit flat/thin. But would definitely stay here again.'

'The room we had was very clean and comfortable. The only Con about the room we had is that it is connected with another room so you can hear everything from that room. Overall we loved the stay and can’t wait to go back!!'

'The stay was extremely pleasant. The star very friendly and helpful. The ambience, the good , the amenities were all very good. Both my husband and I wanted to stay longer. Kudos to Elyssa she was so helpful and professional.'

'We booked a couple nights to celebrate our daughters 8th birthday. We stayed in unit 12 and we all loved it! The grounds were perfectly manicured, the river view was mesmerizing and the space was comfortable. Everything I needed was available from the coffee filters to the dish soap and sponge. I admire their love and support of coffee consumption! We took a kayak trip across to a couple of the Spoil Islands and the trip was the perfect distance for some exploration for a family of 4 with...

'The hotel was accepteble, rooms are very small, parking is in front of the room, nothing fancy to it. The ref and microwave make it better value. The swimmingpool was nice, only a bit of a petty that it is fully exposed to the wind from the beach, difficult to sunbathe there because of the sands painfuly blowing into it . The pool was nessesary cause the beach is covered witch black jetseam (plantresidu) and moss probaly from a nearby river, or marsch. Be carefull with your creditcard here...

'The fridge was not clean. Dirty dishes and pans left in the dishwasher. Several holes in the walls. TV remote had dead batteries. Window air conditioners had gaps around the units letting warm air in from outside. Bugs would scatter in the kitchen when the lights were turned on. Debris scattered all over the property from long term residents. If you choose to stay here, beware.'
