A car is recommended to get around Sebastian. The Atlantic beaches of Sebastian Inlet State Park are a short drive away via the A1A causeway, a great spot for surfing, fishing, and swimming. The Indian River Lagoon, boat ramps, and local marinas are just minutes from the house, and Vero Beach and I-95 are a short drive south for additional dining and shopping.

This is a peaceful residential neighborhood. Please be considerate of our neighbors and keep noise at a reasonable level, particularly during evening and nighttime hours.

Parking & Garage
Guests are welcome to use the spacious 3-car garage and driveway. There is plenty of room for vehicles, trailers, and outdoor equipment.

Beach, Fishing & Boating Gear
Feel free to bring your beach, fishing, or boating equipment. The large garage provides convenient storage for your gear.

Florida Wildlife 🦎
Sebastian is surrounded by beautiful natural scenery, so you may occasionally spot local wildlife such as birds, lizards, and other small Florida critters around the property.

No Parties or Events
To preserve the peaceful atmosphere of the neighborhood, parties and large events are not permitted.

Security Cameras
For the safety of our guests and protection of the property, there may be exterior-only security cameras on-site, including at the garage door opener area. There are never any cameras inside the home.

Florida Climate ☀️
Florida sunshine can be strong! Please keep doors and windows closed while the A/C is running so the home stays cool and comfortable.
