« First of all, the location is great, but the room was impeccably clean and the location was a nice, quiet neighborhood. I've had other experiences with a "spare room" in someone's house, but this was on another level. There is no entry from the main house to your room, so it truly is a separate room. If I'm ever visiting Melbourne again, I will most definitely stay here. »

« This place is away from the busy parts of the area but located perfectly for walking to all the good stuff. The beach, surf shops, cafes, and markets are all just one or two blocks from this great home. Ken has made sure all you need is available to you from great appliances to beach essentials like umbrellas and boogie boards. We really couldn’t have made a better choice. We’ve already begun planning our return stay. »
