This stylish home is perfect for anyone visiting Seattle that wants to be at the epicenter of it all. Easily get anywhere in the city or enjoy the comfortably designed indoor and outdoor spaces at home. Access to Capitol Hill, Downtown, First Hill, UW, Madrona, and Leschi are easy. 1 room & 2 bathrooms with a full kitchen and outdoor deck make this home feel cozy and relaxing. Walk to local Central District bars and pot shops!

On the first level of the townhome, there is an efficient living space with a classic large roundtable perfect to gather around for a meal, watch a program on the TV, or get some work done on your laptop. The kitchen is fully equipped for you to stay home and cook a meal in. In the first floor bathroom you can also take advantage of laundry facilities - we provide detergent. Just down the stairs from the living area, you can enjoy a cozy TV den with a comfortable sectional couch, perfect for an afternoon nap. The downstairs bedroom includes a queen bed and an en suite bathroom, with towels and basic amenities provided.
There`s also has a beautiful private and secluded raised patio for you to relax in the sun when you`re not enjoying the sites of the city. We love grilling in the summer and enjoying this sun splashed space, relaxing with a glass of wine in hand.

You can access the entire home with one bedroom and two bathrooms. There is also a private back deck and patio underneath the deck with a small side yard.

Guests can self-check-in and out, but hosts are available in Seattle should you require assistance. Your hosts have thought of everything and would be happy to provide you recommendations on local restaurants, shopping, and other Seattle activities.

The Central District is a fantastic area to stay in when visiting Seattle! We love getting Ethiopian Food at one of the many restaurants on Cherry Street, catching an independent movie at Central Cinema, or grabbing a cold beer at Chuck`s Hop Shop, an old gas station turned family-friendly neighborhood meet-up spot with a popular outdoor patio. This neighborhood has plenty for you to explore nearby but is also well situated to get you downtown and to other popular Seattle spots on public transportation, in an Uber, or on a bike.

There is a reserved parking spot for visitors with a car. The 3 and 4 bus lines pick-up right outside of the townhouse on 25th Avenue and Cherry and will take you downtown in less than 10 minutes. It`s just a casual 30 minute walk to Capitol Hill to the West and a 20 minute walk to the waterfront neighborhood of Madrona to the East. Of course, you can also use one of the bikeshare programs to get around quicker! Limebikes are everywhere in the neighborhood and we recommend you see the city this way, utilizing the miles of protected bike lanes on Seattle streets.

PLEASE NOTE: Our listing description and house rules mention that you will be required to complete a Guest Rental Agreement, ID verification, and Security Hold (which is not a security deposit) in order to receive Arrival Instructions to the home. Details of the Guest Rental Agreement can be found in the House Rules.

Important: When cancelling your reservation, the credit card processing fees of 3.9% + 30c will not be refunded.
If booking with a credit card that doesn`t match the guest name, you`ll be required to provide a written authorization, photo of the ID, selfie, and card showing the last 4 digits of the credit card holder, or reservation will be cancelled.
