The 3rd bedroom features two leather sofas that easily convert into comfortable sleeping spaces, along with queen bed and additional twin bunk beds.

Relax in style in the living area, furnished with leather sofas that double as cozy sleeping spots. Plus, there's a foosball table for friendly competitions and a telescope to explore the starry night sky.

Things to know
• Our home is family-friendly, but please note that it has a balcony with stairs. Guests with small children should supervise them at all times for their safety
• The door on 3rd level can be locked from both ends to ensure safety (usually, kids are staying there)
• Exterior security cameras on the property.
House rules
• NO PETS ALLOWED. Any violation of this policy will incur a $250.00 fine.
• Service animals are welcome. Please inform us in advance if you will be bringing a service animal. Kindly note that any damage or excessive cleaning caused may result in an additional cleaning fee.
• NO SMOKING in the unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $400.00 fine, plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and linens.
• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots.
•Up to 3-car parking is allowed. The neighborhood has strict parking restrictions. Parking violation in the neighborhood may incur towing at the owner's expense.
• House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction. Violators will be charged a $1000 fine.
• For same-day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking.
