The Kent house was an excellent choice for our large group! Lots of space, a beautiful kitchen with everything we needed to prepare and serve meals, and plenty of towels for the bathrooms. Our host made it so easy to check in, and was quick to respond to our questions.

Fantastic rental in Kent

This home was clean and spacious and perfect for our large family who were gathering for a wedding. The communication with the host was great and they were helpful. We will definitely plan to stay there again on our next trip to Seattle.

The house was amazing! The only hiccough of our stay was the shower in the primary bathroom wouldn’t get hot. Easily managed. We held our family Thanksgiving dinner at the house and the kitchen was so well stocked with serving dishes, plates and silverware that we only needed to pick up pie tins! The downstairs apartment was perfect for the family members who wanted to stay up later to play games and watch movies. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and strongly recommend this location!

Kent Home

We were happy with our stay in the Kent home. We were three families and there was plenty of room for all of us. Everything was clean and the home had everything we needed. There were a couple small maintenance type things that could be updated, but overall it is a great place for large groups. We spent our time exploring Mt. Rainier and the surrounding area.

We had a really lovely stay! Definetly clean and well maintained property!! Close tot he airoort and great for nearby to Seattle and Hiking adventures. A few minor notes:. The towels are thin so consider bringing your own. Also the master bathroom shower head needs attention (hot water didn’t work), and the coffee table should be tightened, it was wiggly (unless it’s a earthquake table)

Lots of room and comfortable. Worked just great for our purpose. We were up in the area for a baseball tournament and the house was a great home base.

This house was stunning! The view was amazing. Clean home! Spacious. It was perfect for our family trip! Great neighborhood. I would definitely rent this home if it's available next time we visit! Really liked the basement!

Bedrooms were great

The house was clean and easy to find. The bedrooms were great for all 12 of us. But, the details matter, especially when you get in late. There was only one coffee pod, one bowl, one fan for six sleeping spaces, the deck on the main floor was very small and felt like it was going to fall apart. There was nothing really to do there, but I did know that when I booked it. It's a nice home that was clean and had washer/dryer, easy in and out, and good communication. I think it would be a perfect 5 stars if the things above had been better.

The was beautiful . The decks need some work. Very dangerous the railings where very wobbly. I would definitely get on that. Some one is gonna fall. I did reach out to the young lady. They blankets and bed sheets where dirty. Because when we washed them it came out.

Beautiful home and very clean. Not a lot of TP or garbage bags, no washcloths, but super small details. Also not a ton of towels for a home that size. Like 6 total. Overall great stay tho.

Exceptional home away from home.

We felt right at home as we celebrated our grandmother’s 100th birthday in the area. With ample space for us and our five children ages 13 to 23 and my parents. The home was well equipped with plates and all the kitchen accoutrements. The setting was spectacular And the fall colors in early November were impressive. We saw a bald eagle fly over the backyard as well as numerous birds. We would definitely stay there again. We especially enjoyed the very nice large flatscreen TVs throughout the home so that we didn’t miss any college football games.

The area was pretty nice but the house was just okay. We didn't like that the downstairs couldn't lock from the top. The floors were extremely creaky. The access code for the house only worked twice so the rest of the time I left it unlocked when we were gone. The water was not hot at all so showers were not enjoyable nor was trying to soak in the tub. Overall the house just seemed not very home like. The beds were comfy though and I slept well though.

House is nice and spacious, there is 1 bathroom for 3 bedrooms upstairs which wasn’t clear in the listing. We also didn’t get a response from the host via text or through the app, which is disappointing for such a long stay. The backyard was off limits, per the rules listed in the living room. One of the commercial listings that are generous in rules and low on communication.Lastly, the door handle on the screen door fell off during my stay. I tried to alert the host, but again they never responded.

Overall happy with property

I am grateful that Divina was the local contact. She responded immediately to my requests. She texted me several times to confirm check-in times, etc. The only downside: 1. The fireplaces didn't work. 2. It seemed a little much to pay for cleaning fees, AND we had to do a lot cleaning prior to departure. Other than that, it was a lovely place for the family to gather and to enjoy being together. Thank you.

Hate to be negative but needs owner’s attention for future guests.

Guess no one likes to check into a rental house with bunch of cleaning issues (9 of them). It’s not me being picky, they are really just some basics. Owner needs to understand what quality control means. For instance, a FILTHY garbage can sitting in the kitchen as the first thing when we walked in and saw. Took photos and sent to the owner.

Nice stay with huge potential

The house was easy to get to from SeaTac Airport. The house code given in the email was wrong. However, I was able to call our contact person and get the correct code. The email indicated that wifi info would be found in the house, but there was no info anywhere. I was able to text the contact and get the password, but they did not give the correct info to the correct wifi configuration. I think a binder with info about the house would give this property a much more welcoming vibe. The house had bath towels but no hand towels nor washcloths. The main kitchen sink was draining badly. These issues were taken care of very quickly. All said, it was spacious and well-appointed. Beds were very comfortable, and our family had a great time! A few changes would make this a superb property!!
