There are 2 bedrooms (one with a queen bed and the other with 2 twin XL beds), 2 full bathrooms with marble walls and flooring. One bathroom has a tub, and both have rainfall shower heads.
The living room has a queen sofa bed and a 75” smart TV.
Custom quartzite cover the countertops and island, which serves as an attractive dining table with seating for 6. The kitchen has new high-end Kitchen Aid appliances and is fully equipped with dinnerware, cookware, baking trays and basic spices.
Guest access
You have full access to your own living space. 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths (one with a tub and both rain fall shower heads), and a kitchen with an island dining area that can accommodate up to 6 people.

For groups of 5-6 guests, additional bedding will be provided for the living room queen sofa bed.

IMPORTANT: For a group of 4 or less, but who require use of the sofa bed, for which extra linen for the the queen sofa bed are needed, it will be necessary to modify the booking to 5 people- the charge would then be $25/per person/night + tax and fee. Please let us know ahead of time if you need to do this.
Other things to note
EARLY LUGGAGE DROP-OFF: We will make every attempt to accommodate early luggage drop-off. However, the exact drop-off time would fluctuate depending on cleaners’ schedule. The cleaners may not always be present on site to accept early luggage drop-off prior to check-in, as they are contracted to clean from 11:00 am-4:00 pm. For example, if the cleaners will not arrive until 1:00 pm to clean, there will be no one present to accept the luggage drop-off earlier than the cleaners’ arrival time. Renter entrance into the unit prior to cleaning (i.e. without the cleaners present), in order to drop off luggage is not permitted, as there are numerous liability issues.

EXTRA GUESTS: The regular nightly rate covers for a maximum of 4 guests. Additional guest fee is $25 per person per night (which would include extra towels and linen for the sofa bed), up to a maximum of 6 guests. Please indicate the accurate number of guests.
