Victoria Cottage is charming… a beautifully presented stone built holiday home in the heart of Beer, close to the village amenities and just a five minute walk from the beach. Interiors are stylish and unfussy decorated in shades of white and grey with a coastal vibe. Neary activities include cycling and coastal walks.
Accommodation is over three floors with plenty of room for six guests. The Shaker style kitchen has a range cooker, small sofa and dining table and chairs. The cosy sitting room is furnished with a comfortable soft grey corner sofa, pretty window seat and a wood burning stove… perfect for the cooler evenings. Victoria Cottage comes complete with a lovely terraced garden with table and chairs for a spot of alfresco dining and there’s parking at the front of the cottage.
Beer is a traditional fishing village in a sheltered bay on the beautiful World Heritage Jurassic Coast. The port dates back to the 15th century and is charming with its beach huts and colourful boats washed up on the shingle. Stroll around the independent shops, galleries and cafes, take a walk along the dramatic cliff hugging coastal path to Branscombe beach. Branscombe has a couple of good pubs and a dog-friendly beach with a great cafe serving fresh seafood. Take a fishing trip or delve into Beer Quarry Caves, just a short drive away.

Kitchen/ diner: Shaker style kitchen units with wooden work surfaces, Belfast sink, range cooker with 5 gas rings, double oven and grill, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, and microwave. Table with 6 chairs. First floor Master bedroom: king size bed, bedside tables, chest of drawers and wardrobe. LCD Smart TV. Bedroom 2: twin beds, chest of drawers and hanging space. Family bathroom: bath with shower over plus additional handheld shower, WC, wash basin.
Second floor Bedroom 3: twin beds, 3 velux windows, wardrobe and plenty of drawers.  Large selection of children's books.
Entertainment : LED Smart TV , large selection of games and DVDs.
Outside : terraced gardens with steps to upper levels. The top level is grassed and completely enclosed. The second level is decked with a large table and six chairs and again enclosed.  The lower level is an enclosed courtyard with bistro table and four chairs.  Secure outside storage for many bikes and water sports equipment.
Parking :  Ample parking to the front of the property, a bonus in Beer!
