This is a clean, updated, and happy beach house, designed for comfort and relaxation. With an open floor plan on the first floor and four separate bedrooms throughout, you will be able to enjoy your time away while still having that close to home feel.

The Master Bedroom features a queen size bed with immediate access to the front deck, perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee while the sun rises. The second floor offers three bedrooms and separate full bathroom with soft coastal tones, as well as a separate living area with TV. You'll find playful beach-inspired décor throughout the house.

Outside, there is a 3rd full bathroom with hot water shower, ideal for rinsing off after walking back from a beautiful day at the beach. The outdoor patio is perfect for eating dinner in the glow of the setting sun.

Guests have access to the entire house and property and its amenities, and are encouraged to relax and make the most of the home's wonderful location. Ocean beach and bay beach with playground are a short walk away.

You will be sent a a keycode to unlock the front door prior to your stay.
Other things to note:
-Per the Borough of Seaside Park Fire Code, no more than 8 guests are permitted to sleep in the house at once
-Guests must be 25+ years old, or accompanied by someone 25+.
-No pets allowed.
-No smoking of any kind in house or on property.
-No parties - this is a family friendly neighborhood and our neighbors appreciate you respecting it!
-Violation of any of these or any other house rules will result in immediate removal from the Property without refund.
-6 Beach badges included. If a badge is lost during your stay, a $90 fee per badge will be charged.
