Terrible experience — do not recommend
We reached out to this hotel four times before checking in and never got a response — that should have been our first red flag. When we arrived, the front desk staff was friendly, but unfortunately, that was the only positive part of our stay.
Our room was in awful condition. The fridge didn’t work, the power kept cutting in and out, and only after checking in did we see another review mentioning bedbugs — incredibly unsettling.
The worst part: we were supposed to stay for two nights, but when we returned after our first day out, the entire hotel had lost power, and there was no communication or plan in place for how guests were supposed to handle it. The front desk staff told us they were heading home for the day, leaving us completely stranded.
We ended up having to leave that night and find another place to stay. No follow-up, no apology, and no refund — we’ve still heard nothing.
Completely unprofessional and not worth the risk. I would strongly recommend staying elsewhere.
