The shopping opportunities are within a 5-minute walk. The (ski) bus stop is located at the square, approximately 400m from the house. In about a 15-minute drive, you can comfortably reach the valley station of the mountain railways as well as the Scuol-Tarasp train station. The use of the ski bus is included in the ski ticket during winter. The valley run to Sent, called the dream slope, ends just above the village.

There is a s*auna in the basement, which guests may use when it is not occupied.
