'Kamer was netjes, ontvangst erg overdreven gedoe. Erg oubollig allemaal. Kamer was naar doorgaande zeer rumoerige weg gelegen. Bijna niet geslapen. Ontbijt was lekker maar ook hier weer erg overdreven gedoe. We hebben €245 betaald voor 1 nacht en dat was 150 te veel.'

'The whole atmosphere in and around the hotel was excellent, we travelled by bus to Perth and had chosen the Parklands Hotel for the fact it was a 5 minute walk to ot. "The hotel has a good location and decent rooms, but our stay was marred by several issues. Our shower was broken upon arrival, leaving us unable to shower for a full day. We had to build makeshift water barriers with towels to prevent flooding. Service at the front desk was poor. Our room wasn’t cleaned during our stay, and when we asked about it, staff falsely claimed we had declined housekeeping, which we hadn’t. The elevator smelled strongly of vomit throughout our visit and was never addressed. After the shower was finally repaired, no one informed us or followed up, and there was no apology for the inconvenience. The breakfast area often felt unclean — tables were sticky, and between 8:00 and 9:00 it got overcrowded quickly, with food items running out fast."
