'The front desk person that checked us in was extremely nice! She even gave us complementary waters and put us on the floor we wanted. The night person said if we wanted an extra blanket we would have to come get it, we were already in bed so that didn’t happen. Breakfast was good, lots to choose from and it was available until 10am! When you pull up it kind of looks rough but don’t let that fool you, the hotel is wonderful and the beds are comfort! Very very clean!'

'Neighborhood was nice'

'Staff is very rude'

'Lawaai van snelweg is goed te horen. Houston downtown is ongeveer 10 minuten rijden.'

'Very good location!! Lots in walking distance. You have to get out of your car to open the gate, though. Other than that, great stay!'

'We had the Thelma room and it had en excellent bed, shower and airco. If you have people upstairs you might hear it as there is a staircase next to the room and a room above. Staff is excellent as well and Tim and the young lady were especially helpful. The valet guy was super friendly and so was the rest of the staff we met. Breakfast is limited in choice but very good in quality.'

'The breakfast was cooked to order and was very good. The room was beautiful. The bed was not very comfortable as I could feel the springs on my side of the bed. The outlet in the bathroom didn't work so I had to dry my hair in the room. The location in relation to Warehouse Live Midtown for concert was excellent. It was a 9 minute walk so we saved on parking. There were plenty of restaurants to choose from on the way to the venue.'

'Very clean room and a well maintained property. All staff members were very friendly and accommodating.'

'The room was very clean, the staff was just great and the breakfast was very good! The Parking was a little difficult, but it was very safe!'

'In a central location'

'We hadden voor de executive lounge bijbetaald maar die was gewoon niet open'

'I love the place, except they didn’t decorate for Halloween!'
