« Don was great, very quick with communication and helpful whenever we needed something! The place is in a nice neighborhood with plenty of backyard space. We’re kind of tall people so at times it felt a bit compact but it suited us well for the timing and price. Don provided us with everything to use the fire pit, which we were very excited to do but it was cold and rainy most of the weekend. Would definitely stay again! »

« Location! Location! Location! Being in the West Village was perfect for my solo stay in NYC. It was close to all the coffee shops, restaurants, and shops I wanted to check out. The bed was super comfy, and the place had just what I needed. It needed a bit of cleaning though. The microwave hadn’t been used in a while with spiderwebs inside, and the fridge needs a good wipe down inside. Other than that I was very comfortable! I would definitely stay again! »

« Overall a nice stay and nothing much to complain about. Location is convenient, no noise issues for us, and easy access to subway/plenty of stores around but it is FiDi so just expect all things associated with that. Most of the communication for toiletries/towel requests is done through Vrbo if you booked through here.The only inconvenience we had was the shower door not having a seal (which is something that should have been checked beforehand) so the bathroom basically flooded after one...
