'Absolutely phenomenal staff & service. We had another hotel booked but after 3 nights of loud nights and early morning noise, we decided to change hotels and give ourselves a break. 'A lovely little hitel a bit of the main road so no noise. Very comfortable rooms and good water temperature at all times. Good breakfast choices. Great food we were very tired each day so ate in house. Dining room staff were very helpful and the food was wonderful. Reception staff including a lady we thought might be in xharge were very cheerful and very helpful. Finally the door guy was super helpful aiding with getting auto rickshaws and assisting me with steps. Great place to stay in ...

'Although it is not 5 star hotel, their service is better than many 5 stars hotel. Attentive and caring. They are always there when you need help. Their rooms are clean and comfortable. They handled any complaints or feedback efficiently.'
