Veranda Vincenzi is the ideal place for a comfortable and relaxing stay.
The apartment, which measures 120 m², can comfortably accommodate up to six people and consists of:

three bedrooms

two bathrooms

a large living room

a dining room

a fully equipped kitchen

The spacious and well-laid-out rooms make the house particularly ideal for weekly or medium- to long-term stays, offering comfort and functionality even for families and groups.

Outside, guests can enjoy a partially covered veranda overlooking a lush garden and offering a splendid view of the coast: from Cava d’Aliga Beach, about 2 km away, all the way to the Punta Secca lighthouse.
All outdoor areas of the property are fully available to guests.

On the lower floor, there is a small apartment occasionally used by our family: we always guarantee the utmost discretion and respect for your privacy, and we’ll be available only if necessary.

You can park conveniently on the street, right in front of the entrance, or in a private indoor parking space.
