'Clean room, friendly staff, with special shout out to Pam,who was friendly, funny, and accommodating. Didn’t like the fact that CNN was home station tuned in the lobby.'

'We stayed 1 day. Staff was friendly , room was clean and hotel was quiet.There was no back up toilet paper in the room but I’m sure if we asked we’d have got some . Breakfast was alright , but many local restaurants close by that were to die for . Overall I would stay here again . '

'Great Stay. Check in was quick and easy. Pool was nice, the Grand kids loved it. Breakfast had a nice selection of items. Great location to freeway and very close to the Kalamazoo Air Zoo, which is why we picked this hotel. Felt safe and secure here.'
