In Schiffdorf-Spaden, right next to the maritime city of Bremerhaven, the newly built (2021) "Holiday Home Ökohaus-Spaden" is perfect for a relaxing family holiday. It is ideal for 2 adults and 2 children, with the option to accommodate an additional guest on the sofa bed in the living room. A cot and a high chair can be provided.



The 58 m² holiday home consists of a living/dining room with a table for 4–6 people and a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, electric stove, oven, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, electric grill and other amenities. There is one bedroom with a double bed and oversized, fluffy duvets, a children's room with a bunk bed (1.80 m long), and a bathroom with a large shower. The living/dining room features a cosy, extendable sofa bed.



The highlight of this accommodation is the private, fenced large garden with two terraces: one covered with a table and six chairs, the second in the garden with two comfortable loungers. The house is Bed+Bike certified. A lockable storage room with a socket for e-bikes, cycling maps and a repair kit are available.



Start your day with breakfast outdoors before exploring Bremerhaven with its harbours and maritime museums. A bus stop is just a few minutes' walk away. Free parking is available in the carport.



Pets are not allowed. The property offers a stepless interior with wide doors and can only be rented to holidaymakers. An e-car charging station is available for an extra fee. Electricity in the accommodation is generated by solar energy. The property is secured on the street side by a fence with a lockable gate, increasing safety for children.
