'Huge hotel with excellent Onsen facilities. We had a very spacious room with a nice view. I never saw such a huge store in a hotel. Amazing. We booked 7 months in advance. 2 weeks in advance the hotel wanted us to re-book us in their sister hotel because they were overbooked. I refused this option and fortunately they rescheduled us back to this hotel. Very nice and helpful staff at the reception. Loved the breakfast. The location is a bit distant from the town itself. So you are best to go by...

'Stayed in the top floor suite for 3 days and found every penny worth. Great service, great room and great views The only drawback is the distance to Rausu. We did not have a car, but the front desk helped in every possible way for taxi, buses.'
