'Staff was friendly and professional. The shuttle service was very handy from the hotel to Kanazawa Station and back.'

'The hotel is new and clean. Rooms are fairly large for Japanese hotels. The room looked clean but the weird thing is that there were 2 empty drink bottles in the room and the check in card from the previous person. In the bathroom I found a used toothbrush and paste but all other amenities were spotless. '
