Both the house and the outbuilding are surrounded by a well-kept garden with a beautiful view of the valley to the sea in the distance, equipped with large rest areas, a large barbecue and a jacuzzi for 5 people. Ideal choice for a quiet and relaxing vacation, although not far from the main towns of the Tyrrhenian coast such as Follonica (10 km), Punta Ala (15 km) and Castiglione della Pescaia (20 km). Access via 200 m of gravel road in good condition.
