The Space:

*Beautiful views from each room and steps to the Beach.

*Two private offices on the 3rd floor offer a quiet and spacious work setting. Excellent internet. One office has a view of the marsh and the 2nd office looks out at the beachfront and ocean.

*Chef's Kitchen, granite countertops,

*Gas fireplace in the living room, surround sound system, hardwood floors with designer area rugs, custom blinds and Terpur-Pedic mattresses, central heat/air conditioning, laundry room on the second floor with full size washer and dryer.

*The house is a stand alone home at Higgins Beach, one of Portland's crescent beaches and is 15 minutes to Portland's Old Port restaurants, breweries and seafood markets.
Higgins Beach is an excellent surfing spot and attracts surfers from everywhere throughout the year.

*Pets are allowed and dogs are allowed on the beach on voice control (except 1-3pm leash) from Labor Day to April 30. So you can all explore the beach together!

*15 minutes to the Portland Old Port, airport, train station and highways,

*10 minutes to grocery, pharmacy, medical and many restaurant and retail stores plus easy home delivery of groceries and a large variety of restaurants.
