The Space:
We wish you a warm welcome to Edie's. First Airbnb guests arrive this weekend so look out for first reviews soon.

Comfortable accommodation for up six guests includes spacious living/dining room, with smart TV & house account speakers, large fully equipped kitchen, sunny outdoor eating and bbq area, main double bedroom with chaise longue & smart TV, further double bedroom, bathroom with over-bath shower & on 2nd floor large twin room and dedicated work area.

You will be on a quiet residential road away from peak seagull territory but just a few minutes to lovely bars & eateries. Sainsbury's & Aldi within 5 mins walk and M&S food Hall slightly further.

Scarborough is the quintessential seaside holiday destination, with a rich cultural history & bustling town centre. Explore the castle, galleries & harbour areas. Try watersports or just relax on the fabulous sandy beaches. Enjoy theatre & shows at the numerous prestigious venues. Adventure along the stunning North Yorkshire Coastline, walks including The Cleveland Way. A short drive to Whitby, Robin Hood's Bay, Dalby Forest & North Yorkhire Moors National Park to name just a few places of interest. Plenty for children including Alpemere waterpark, Sealife centre, fossil hunting, speedboat rides & rock pooling. Local pictures of Scarborough were taken towards the end of June 2023.

We fell in love with Scarborough many years ago & this house will be our home from late September. In creating Edie's we have aimed to reuse & repurpose as far as we can, supporting local charity shops & trades/ businesses. We will continue to make it as eco-friendly as we can and have provided recycling facilities.

Access is provided by a key box to the premises. Details will be sent to confirmed guests 5 days before their stay.

Other Things to Note:
We are happy to welcome up to two well-behaved dogs. Please bring dog beds and/or adequate dog towels and throws to protect furniture. Dogs can be showered in the small yard area. Please note you will need to toilet dogs out of property in adjacent streets.
