'I stayed here as it is a close drive to Old Orchard Beach as well as many other attractions like the water park, amusement park, and carnival. Lorenzzo is an amazing host with great communication. During my stay, I felt like I was in amazing hands as Lorenzzo made sure to always check to see if we needed any help. 'The property was just as described. It was clean and comfortable and within easy walking distance to shopping and dining. My family is not uncomfortable that there were un housed people in the area. We felt safe the entire time. If you have not spent time in an area where there is a homeless population I could see why you would be a little uncomfortable.
