Fantastisch! '

'Rooms are modern, well maintained, spacious and clean. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly, requests and complaints are handled really well and quick. Location is great, it is close to many popular attractions in New York.'

'Goede lokatie, vlakbij metrostation 28ste straat. Zeer goede bedden, mooie kamers.'

'Location was excellent. '

'I had a wonderful experience at William Hotel. The service was outstanding from the moment I arrived. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help with anything I needed. The room was spotless, well-maintained, and very comfortable. Housekeeping did an excellent job, and everything was clean and organized throughout my stay. The location is also fantastic, making it easy to explore the surrounding area and access nearby attractions, restaurants, and...

'Great hotel, super staff, very clean. Maybe some food offering would top it off'

'Only issue was possibly thin walls, as a seemingly drunk individual was being very loud after midnight outside my room, but my roommates seem to think he was in the hallway and that therefore the walls themselves are not actually thin and problematic.'

'This hotel is really nice. Decorated with care. Very good possibility’s to eat and drink. Good coffee and breakfast available. Breathtaking small roof terrace to drink something. And excellent service. '

'Zeer behulpzaam personeel, prima kamer, goed bed.
