« Great location and bonus for off-street parking and washer, dryer - although we did not use the washer, dryer for our personal use. Only wish was that there was a little more insulation between rooms. We could hear neighbors and I am sure they could hear us, even at conversational levels or normal movement in the space. Overall - great location, great place and will book again. Thanks! »

« Parking was easy and staying in the unit with a lot of fun. Would suggest that hand holds be added to the shower and a less slippery surface be added to the shower. Would stay there again definitely. I do have mobility issues which colors my review. »

« Very nice, clean, updated, in a residential neighborhood. Outside there are about 15 steps leading from the street level to the front door. This was not an issue for us, but you'd want to be aware of that. Parking space along the curb was easy to find. Kitchen area has updated appliances. Beds are comfortable with nice bedding and extra pillows available in the closet. The hardwood floors are in good condition, but with hardwood if there are tenants upstairs you will hear them moving...

« Parking was ample and at the property. Kitchen is small but well stocked. The bed sleeps one or two and is comfortable. Bath has a shower. The apt lacks a comfortable chair for reading. This apt is fine for a solo traveler or couple for a few days. It is close to many attractions in Shadyside including the shopping area of Walnut St. »

« The hosts, Lee and Michele were great. They were very accommodating, attentive, prompt to respond/resovlve any issues, and easy to reach. The property was well maintained, managed, modern, and clean. Plenty of amenities were provided including coffee maker, pots/pans, dishes, paper products, cleaning products, linens, towels, etc. Washer, dryer, oven/stove(gas) were modern, efficient, and easy to operate. The walkway was kept clear of snow/ice/leaves. Free street parking. Check in and check out...
