Le Barradis – Single-storey house with air conditioning and shared pool in Savignac-les-Églises

Welcome to Le Barradis, a 124 m² single-storey holiday home located in Savignac-les-Églises, in the heart of the Périgord. With three bedrooms, it can accommodate up to six people and offers all the comfort you need for a stay with family or friends.



The house features a bright living room, a friendly dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, three comfortable bedrooms with double beds, a bathroom with walk-in shower, a separate toilet, and a laundry area with washing machine. For your comfort: reversible air conditioning, television, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a dedicated workspace for remote work. A baby cot and high chair are also available.



Outside, you will enjoy a secure shared pool (11×5 m, open from April to October depending on the weather) with a beach area, a large landscaped garden, a private covered terrace with barbecue, a children’s playground, a ping-pong table, and a private garage.



Bed linen and towels: not included. Duvets and pillows are provided; please bring your own linen or book a kit on site (available for an extra fee). End-of-stay cleaning: not included, to be done by you or available as an option (on request and for an extra fee).



Important: Events and parties are strictly prohibited. Groups of young people aged 18 to 25 coming for birthdays or festive weekends will be refused.



Nearby: river swimming, hiking trails, and discovery of the Périgord’s treasures (caves, castles, markets, and picturesque villages).



Located in a complex of four gîtes with a shared pool, Le Barradis is ideal for a relaxing stay. Depending on your needs, you can rent this house alone or combine it with the other gîtes for a convivial holiday with several people.
