Our stay was amazing!Host was quick with responses from reservation day to check out and the communication binder in the house was really helpful.The beds/sofas were all really comfy and the house was beautiful!

House was perfect for our needs and the location was great! The dining area has a couch and is a screen porch. The weather was perfect for one of the kids to sleep out there. Would stay again.

A homey and cozy house for 4-5 people. Location is prefect for area beaches, restaurants and hiking trails. The kitchen was fully stocked and comfy decor.

The house was clean, cute, and perfect for our stay. It had everything we needed and was a great fit for us. The only suggestion I have would be to provide a few more instructions on how to operate the heating and air conditioning system. Otherwise, we had a wonderful experience and would happily stay again!

LOVED every minute. Had to call about getting the TV to work but like a few lamps at the adorable little house, it was unplugged. Easy solution. The Blue Hydrangeo has everything you need and was perfect for my husband and our adult daughter. We had a refreshing swim in the Narrow River down the way. Can't say enough and would like to thing we'll get back to the area again in the future.

We were very pleased with this property. Traveling with my Mom and husband, She was very comfortable in the double twin room, as were we in the queen bedroom. Loved the screened porch, quiet neighborhood and the comfort of the home. Lovely quaint regional decor, most of what we needed on site, and very close to shopping, sights and fabulous restaurants. We truly enjoyed our stay. Only thing missing was a steam iron. But my Mother, who is always prepared, had packed one in her suitcase. Thumbs up!

Very cute little cottage in a quiet neighborhood. We came to visit family and this was our little refuge for the week. We would definitely visit again!

Celebrated my 30th birthday here with my boyfriend, sister and her 2 month old. Everything was clean. There was only 1 roll of toilet paper, however we called the host and they quickly sent over more. We appreciated their quick remedy. We were close to the town beach & loved Plum Pt. Bistro restaurant which was only a 7 min drive. This place was in a safe neighborhood. We would rent here again.

Great Weekend Getaway

We needed a space for a wedding we were attending close to the Narragansett beach and this was a perfect place to enjoy some quiet time in between activities!

This home was one of the best rentals I've stayed in over the past 5-10 years I've been vacationing this way, and it isn't because it had a ton of bells and whistles. It felt like I was staying at a friend's home. Everything was clean but not in a "don't touch anything" way. The space was so inviting that I actually slept the first night we were there, which has never happened before. And the All-Seasons room is SO COMFORTABLE. It was my favorite place in the whole house. 100% recommend this property. It 20-30 minutes from a lot of fun activities and still secluded enough to take a break and recharge.

Great house!

This house was perfect for our trip to the Newport area for Folk Fest. We didn't spend much time in the house or surrounding area but it filled our needs and offered much more. The beds (1 queen, 2 twins) were perfect for our family of 4.

We enjoyed our stay and loved the 3 season porch. We were so happy find a cribbage board seeing we forgot ours at home. Would definitely rent again!

The cottage was a pleasant stay and the outdoor screened porch was really nice. There is access to a private beach which is also nice. Beds could have been a little more comfortable.

well stocked kitchen, all over clean, quiet neighborhood, close to shopping. Nothing fancy, but very homey, beautiful screened in porch but too cold when we were there to sit out there. would rent again. Landlord ver quick to answer questions.

The house suited the 5 (4 adults and 1 baby) of us just fine. It was very clean and has everything that you need for a stay. Just bring your food. The house is well situated to beaches, restaurants, shopping and events. If I need to stay somewhere again I would check the availability of this place.

Beautiful cozy cottage!

We loved the area of this cozy cottage. The bathroom trash wasn’t taken out when we arrived but the rest of the house was perfect. We loved the screened in porch area and spent so much time out there. Easy to get to Newport too! Definitely recommend staying!
