The formal living room boasts a wood-burning fireplace (available in the winter months only) and sliders to the back porch. The oversized couch is a comfortable place to curl up while visiting with friends or getting lost in a good book. There is also a more casual family room with an extra-large sectional sofa and flat-screen Smart TV. Log in to your streaming apps to catch up on your favorite shows or watch a movie with your entire group. 

The kitchen and adjacent dining space provide everything you would need except the food. From a full breakfast to Thanksgiving turkey, you will feel right at home. During the warmer months, head out to the back porch and enjoy your meal alfresco before heading out to the fire pit for s'mores. 

The main level primary bedroom boasts a king-size bed, tons of closet space, and a full bathroom with a shower tub combo. Also on the main level are two queen bedrooms, one with a Smart TV, and another full bathroom with a walk-in shower. Head upstairs where there are two bedrooms, each with two twin beds. Please note one of the upstairs bedrooms is a walkthrough room.

The outside space at this home is a true beauty! The sprawling lawn from front to back offers plenty of room to run and play. Relax on one of the porches, which both offer outdoor furniture to be enjoyed. If you're feeling competitive, there is a basketball hoop with basketballs and a few other games in the garage. In the evening, you will love gathering around the fire pit for s'mores and stories under the stars. 

Located directly across the street from Clearbrook Golf Club, you'll have the option of endless days of golf just outside your door. Clearbrook also has a phenomenal restaurant with a range of dishes and views out over the golf course. If putt-putt is more your speed, Saugatuck Mini Golf is an easy walk or quick drive, only 1 block away.

 For shopping, art galleries, and the waterfront boardwalk, you will love downtown Saugatuck. From retro boat rentals and Broadway-quality theater to local brews and one-of-a-kind art, there is something for everyone to enjoy. 

Sunshine, sand, and splashing in the water calling your name? Lake Michigan is accessible at the Saugatuck Dunes State Park, Douglas Beach, and our famous Oval Beach. You can reach all these options in less than 10 minutes by car. Both the State Park and Oval Beach also have great hiking options.

One bedroom is a walkthrough bedroom. There is a door for privacy from the hallway and the other bedroom, but it is the only path from the adjacent bedroom to the hallway. 
The stairs to the upper level are very narrow and the ceiling is low at the top. 
The neighboring driveways are private property and do not belong to Greenbrier. Please be respectful of the neighbors and stay on the Greenbrier property.
