We stayed at the condo for 9 days and starting on the first day we heard construction noises, that continued through the last day of our stay. Traveling with kids and getting no sleep ruined the vacation. We reached out to our Vrbo contact and she said there was nothing she could do about it, that it was a prescheduled event. Since it was prescheduled, it would have been nice to know before we booked the condo, had we known we would have chosen a different place to stay. The construction noise was just one part of the construction inconvenience, we were also exposed to dust from tile cutting on the patio below, which was coming directly into our room, as well as strong chemical fumes from the grout sealer being used. These conditions made the unit unhealthy and uncomfortable to stay in. The condo was also dirty, after walking around barefoot on the tile, our feet would be black like the unit had not been mopped. But our biggest complaint was that we were walked in on without notice while I was in the bedroom sleeping with my two children by three men. The maintenance men said that they knocked and no one answered so they just came in and were walking around in the living room. My husband had gone out to get groceries and when he returned he found the three men in our living room and asked them to leave. Under Florida law, guests are supposed to be given at least 12 hours’ notice before anyone enters the unit. This was a clear violation of our privacy and safety

Great Family Beach trip

Our family of 4 with 2 daughters aged 11 and 13 thoroughly enjoyed our seven-day spring break vacation at the Paradise Beach Club! The proximity to the beach cannot be beat. The pool was clean, and the water temperature was very comfortable. The chairs and umbrella provided were in excellent condition and a great convenience. The condo was adorably decorated, clean, and comfortable. The location was convenient to everything we could’ve wanted to do. Publix is across the street, as well as a movie theater, which we used to take reference from the sun one afternoon. We would highly recommend and hope to come back for another day in the future.

Breathtaking view

The view of the ocean from the balcony is breathtaking. Couldn’t ask for a better view to eat breakfast and watch the surfers.Was a little disappointed at first as the unit wasn’t exactly as it was portrayed online. Outside entrances to the units are a little sketchy. Elevator is old & slow and doesn’t always open, a few times we got stuck briefly. Having brought my daughters in their 20’s it didn’t feel completely safe.While the unit was fine, it was not exactly as portrayed in the pictures online. It didn’t have the same furniture, it didn’t have the big cozy area rug like it did online or all the throw blankets & pillows that It had on all the the beds in the pics (and it was cold, we needed throw blankets). The pictures failed to show the gaudy pink painted accent wall. Our initial reaction was one of disappointment.I did reach out to Taylor with the property mgmt company and she was GREAT & extremely helpful with anything we needed, which made the experience much better. She had 3 throw blankets overnighted to us from Amazon, which was much appreciated.It was also somewhat musty in the unit and Taylor told us about the dehumidifier in the closet which was a game changer & I highly recommend running it at all times.Master bedroom’s king bed was extremely comfy but the others not so much and the sheets felt like paper. The amazing view really did make it worth the price but we just wish the pics would have been a bit more accurate so there were no surprises.

This is a lovely condo located right on the beach. We got to see a couple of rocket launches while sitting on our balcony. The place was very clean and well equipped. Perfect for a little girls weekend!

The property was as advertised and it was perfect for a short girls weekend with 3 of us. It was walking distance to food and short driving distance to other options. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was nicely updated. We had an issue with warm water coming in and the property manager responded immediately to fix it. We had a great time!

Amazing views and spacious condo

The condo is bright and roomy with lots of space and comfortable beds. The view was beautiful and the beach and pool were so easy to get to. Not overcrowded at all. Also very convenient that a publix is across the street and only a short drive to Cocoa Beach.

Very clean and quiet. Staff was helpful and friendly. Well stocked kitchen and all the beach supplies provided. Publix right across the street and nice little dog area. Really loved it there and met many returning guests. Looking forward to going back next summer.

Everything was just as stated. We had a great time! Groceries, restaurants, plenty to do, all close by. The only drawback was my dog didn’t want to potty on turf. She’s a grass girl 🐶❤️ But, still wonderful time!!

Outstanding Condo / Pool / Beach

The condo has been updated very nicely - it feels all new - and the balcony feels like it is hanging over the ocean. The heated pool made it possible to swim in January, and the pool deck sits right against the beach, so that visiting the pool is effectively also a visit to the beach. The grounds were well maintained and the overall experience was very good. We'd recommend, and we may well return here again next year.

One week of downshifting and totally relaxing!

Beautiful Space on the Ocean

It's a very nice, clean condo on the ocean. Hear the waves from the balcony. The building has a pool and shuffle board but not much else. Yet, who needs more than the Ocean?! It's conveniently located within walking distance of Publix, so that's convenient. My only complaint is the "check out before 10 AM" ... most hotels give you at least until 11:00 but other than that it was a nice, quiet relaxing spot. I would recommend it.

Beautiful views!

This is a beautiful property. The views are breathtaking. Comfortable king size bed in the master bedroom and nice work desk. Bathrooms are large too. Especially the shower in the smaller of the bathrooms. The only thing I would recommend is for the couch to be changed. It is OK for 2 people for larger families it is not. The kitchen is pretty nice and easy to clean. It is stuck with blades and silverware however I would have liked to have containers for leftovers. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.
