Enjoy all the perks of a ground-floor condo without sacrificing spectacular ocean views. Relax on your private patio while taking in the sights of the ocean, or enjoy the well-maintained lawn, heated pool, and other resort amenities. Families will love the large grassy area right outside for kids to play, and pet owners will appreciate the gated dog area just steps away 🐾.

The condo is stocked with everything you need for a fun beach getaway, including beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrella, toys, towels, and a cooler. This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom unit comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests, with a master bedroom featuring a king bed and TV, a guest bedroom with two twin beds and TV, and an air mattress provided in the living room. Both bathrooms have been fully remodeled and the unit comes fully stocked with linens and towels.

Please be advised that a condo building is being built on the property next to Paradise Beach Club. There is currently no active construction or noise on-site and it will not impact any building amenities, like the pool or beach access. The building is set further back from the ocean than Paradise Beach Club so you will still have a view of the beautiful beach & ocean but the new building is visible from the balcony.

🐾 Please Note: While dogs are welcome in this condo, the beach directly in front of the building is not pet-friendly. However, there are several dog-friendly beach spots just a short drive away—perfect for an oceanside walk with your pup!

Really nice condo steps from the beach!!

We really enjoyed this place!! It’s literally 20yds from the beach. The building is designed and built where every condition has a view of the ocean. This bottom floor unitz, has a sliding glass door that opens to a nice grass area. On the other side of the grass area, is the boardwalk to the beach. The condo is spacious and looks to be newly remodeled. We willcome back again !

Beautiful condo for families

This was the perfect place to stay for our family of four with two toddlers. We loved that it was on the ground floor and close to the beach access. It was easy to walk back up for potty breaks, snack breaks or things we forgot which was amazing. The pool is also a short walk away and was always clean and very warm! We never had a problem finding chairs around the pool either which was great. The condo was very clean and well equipped with any cooking utensil we could need, plenty of towels and beach chairs/umbrella for shade. We loved the recommendation list that was emailed before our stay, we went to several restaurants and places on the list and enjoyed them all! Communication and check in was also seamless. This was such a wonderful place to stay, I can’t recommend it enough for any families considering coming here. We are hoping to be back next year!

Just what we had hoped for

We really enjoyed our stay. Having a walkout patio on the first floor made it so easy for the our older kids to head in and out to the beach. The communication was so fast when we had questions. We even reached out to see if we could purchase the day before us last minute as our travel had changed and it was seemless.

Ideal for young children

We have a 4 & a 2 year old and a crawling infant. This could not have been more perfect for our family. A spacious living room, a grassy area to get the wiggles out, the pool and the beach were wonderful. There was pac-n-play in our unit and a smart tv in every room. So happy we booked our vacation here!

Nice condo but beach is great for swimming

This was a nice, clean unit. Check-in was easy but don't arrive thinking to check in early. Grounds were great. Bbq grills weren't very effective at cooking because of the proximity to the beach breezes. Pool was nice. Publix was within walking distance and made it easy to shop without taking a vehicle. Property and beach were quiet and fairly secluded - which is why I tried it. They say they are dog friendly but the dog areas are a mixture of paving stones and artificial turf, both of which get hot. Dogs aren't allowed on the grass so there's really no where for the poor dogs to do their business during the hot day. The water is full of coral and the pitch of the shore is steep. Makes it difficult to boogy board or swim. Our feet and legs got cut up from the coral and the riptides were horrible. I usually go to Cocoa Beach and have not experienced the coral issue there.

Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Only annoying part was the tile work being completed by the pool. Worker would cut ceramic tile on the balcony. Four days in a row we had to leave the pool because our two year old was scared of the noise. A heads up would of been nice an maybe schedule time for cuts or make them go to the parking log. Many annoyed during this time we were also trying to relax around the pool.

Cool and calm cocoa beach

Booked this trip a week ago for myself and my pregnant with twins wife and can’t say how much we enjoyed it. The location was great. The place was spotless and spacious. Had beach chairs boogie boards everything . 10 second walk to a very non crowded beach I would recommend this place to anyone looking to enjoy , relax and reset from many of life’s problems . Thanks we will be back soon!!

Great Family getaway

We enjoyed our Spring break in this condo, very much. The area was beautiful. Being right in the beach was amazing, we will definitely be back. The whole process was simple, from booking to checking in. The host, Emma was awesome and answered my questions right away. I would definitely recommend this place, for a family it was perfect. Our 3 daughters, aged 12 to 22 liked using the boogie boards in the ocean, and swimming in the warm water of the pool! Can't wait to come back.

Great location!

We really enjoyed our week long stay! The location to local amenities, pool area, and access to beach were all fantastic. The pictures and descriptions of the condo on vrbo were spot on to what we experienced (we loved the ocean view!) On colder and more humid days we did notice the condo got musty. The condo is great for pet owners but may cause issues if you have pet allergies. Overall, the experience was very, very good! We thought the condo was a great value for the price!!!

We ended up being very happy on the corner bottom unit #113. Easy access did not half to use elevators/ stairs beautiful view easy access to pool and beach. Friendly people nice community and on site management helpful when needed.
