Especially when the sun is shining, the apartment is bathed in a warm, cozy light!<br>- The romantic curtains, combined with<br>- the lovingly chosen accessories, also contribute to the special coziness!<br><br>When you enter the apartment, you look straight into the bathroom. It can be used as<br> —a comfortable extra sleeping spot, allowing the apartment to accommodate four people.<br>Straight ahead, you’ll look out through<br> —the large wooden window with the pretty curtains—onto the Reuter family’s pastures!<br>This makes the apartment very bright and welcoming.<br>-The spacious wooden table with four chairs is located directly beneath another slanted skylight, so you can sit there comfortably and enjoy your meals.<br>-Plenty of cabinets and<br>-wooden shelves provide ample storage space.<br>-The floor lamp provides additional light, and the<br>-TV, placed on a sideboard, is clearly visible from anywhere.<br>- A coffee table with a<br> armchair is, of course, part of the furnishings. You can enjoy this view from every apartment in the house! The entire property, approximately 5,000 m², features a magnificent grove of mature trees, including chestnut, linden, and acacia trees, a large walnut tree, hazelnut bushes, boxwoods, and many different fruit trees. There’s even a natural landmark on the property! It’s a group of old yew trees consisting of four trees, estimated to be 600-800 years old! It’s a wonderful spot to sit and listen to the sounds of nature. Many birds and even bats feel at home
