Welcome to our cozy apartment on the 2nd floor of a large family-owned house, located in the picturesque heart of Sarnonico, a quiet village in the Alta Val di Non. This accommodation offers the perfect combination of comfort, a family-friendly atmosphere, and an authentic experience of nature—ideal for a relaxing stay.

**The Apartment**
The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people and is equipped with everything you need for a pleasant vacation. It includes:

- **Two bedrooms** with access to a spacious, shared balcony. Both rooms offer a magnificent view of the garden and the impressive Brenta Dolomites.
- **Living and dining area**, bright and comfortable, with an induction cooktop, dishwasher, and all the amenities you need for hassle-free self-catering.
- **Two bathrooms** with showers, as well as a washing machine for added convenience.
- Upon request, we’ll be happy to provide a crib with safety rails.

**The Garden and Common Areas**
The 1,000 m² garden is the highlight of the property. It offers:
- Deck chairs, lounge chairs, and shaded tables—perfect for relaxing, reading, or sunbathing.
- A private parking space in the courtyard.
- **For our four-legged friends, there is an approximately 200 m² fully fenced and shaded area.**
The garden is shared by the guests of the house and is designed to be particularly family-friendly.
