A house completely redone, ideal to come this rest, it offers thanks to its very large bay window a magnificent view of the woods and the garden.

From the outside access to the cottage by a wooden deck (suitable for strollers, wheelchairs, and people with reduced mobility)
The very bright living room, you will find a sofa (bed bench), a dining table for 4 people and an open kitchen.
The well equipped kitchen, (microwave, induction hob, fridge / freezer, coffee maker, dishes and cooking utensils).
In another room you will find 1 neat, and fresh room with two single beds and a wardrobe.
A shower room and adapted toilet are also present.

The 11x5 heated swimming pool is 2 steps away and offers a cool and relaxing space, it is open to holidaymakers from 10:00 to 20:00.

A common laundry with lava linen, dry linen, ironing board with iron is available to guests.

The Domaine de l'Homme forms with the home of the owner and its 3 cottages a harmonious set on a plot of 10 000 m² hilly, surrounded by vineyards and woods. The view of the countryside is superb and relaxing.
Travelers have access to the entire property outside the host's private home.
Access to the cottage is completely independent.
Two open garages are at the disposal of the travelers as well as numerous places of parking.
This house, exterior and interior is fully adapted to people with reduced mobility.


3 km from the area, the center of the city of Sarlat awaits you with these many historic monuments these shops and restaurants will liven up your days and evenings.
The countryside surrounding the estate will bring you the calm and the beauty of these woods.
