Pacifico L815 is a stunning three-bedroom unit with spectacular mountain views perched on the third floor of Pacifico, a high-end condominium community near Playas del Coco.
The Space:
This spacious unit is tucked in a quiet corner of the community and tastefully decorated with modern decor and furnishings. It has recently undergone a top-to-bottom renovation to provide guests with more amenities and an enhanced stay!
This luxe condo features a spacious, open-concept floor plan with a living room, dining space, and kitchen. The entire unit can accommodate eight guests.
The living space features a high-end leather sofa, a wooden coffee table, a wall-mounted smart TV, and local paintings and artwork that reflect the laid-back coastal lifestyle in El Coco. The living room is situated next to a sliding glass door that opens onto a balcony. The balcony is furnished with a dining set for four and offers sweeping views of the pool and mountains, which are particularly gorgeous at sunset.
The wooden dining table, situated next to the living room, seats six and is positioned under a stylish light fixture crafted from driftwood and glass, which creates a charming coastal ambiance. The kitchen features high-end granite countertops, a breakfast bar with three barstools, modern wood cabinets, and stainless steel appliances. It also features two windows that invite in plenty of natural light.
The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, a large closet, a smart TV, a private ensuite bathroom with a double-sink vanity and walk-in shower, and a private patio that overlooks the lush mountains. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third has two double beds. Both of the smaller bedrooms have spacious closets and share a bathroom with a walk-in shower.
As a guest at Pacifico L815, you’ll have access to the property’s renovated outdoor spaces that include four swimming pools, a hot tub, tennis and pickleball courts, a children’s play area, comfortable lounge chairs, beach towels, and shade umbrellas surrounded by lush greenery.
You’ll also have access to the Pacifico Beach Club for $35 per person (with $25 credited back for food purchases), which includes access to a private gym, a swimming pool, and fine-dining experiences at Blu Bar and Alma Santa Cocina Latina. A complimentary shuttle service is also included from the condo to the Pacifico Beach Club.
This unit offers air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, and additional amenities, including USB charging stations, a Bluetooth speaker, a safe, an iron and ironing board, and more. Small breed pets are welcome with an extra cleaning fee and pet deposit — read more about our pet policy below.
Pet-friendly policy
We welcome your furry friends at our property! Before you book, each pet must be verified and approved based on breed and size (max 35 lbs.), accompanied by a recent photo. A refundable pet fee of $200 per stay, along with an additional cleaning fee of $50 + 13% per pet, is required to ensure our home remains pristine for all guests. We allow up to two pets per reservation. Pets must be kept on a leash at all times in public areas within the property grounds. Certain properties and complexes may have specific rules and registration requirements. Pets need to be verified at least 24 hours prior to check-in. If guests arrive at check-in with unverified pets, access to the property will be denied.

The Neighborhood:
Pacifico is the premier resort community in Playas del Coco, with over 300 luxury condominiums, elegant swimming pools and marvelous views. This securely gated development has private walking trails, hot tubs, aquarobics, an on-site fitness center, pickleball and tennis courts. A “lazy river” swimming pool meanders in curves through the middle of the complex, with a poolside restaurant and bar.
In addition, the Pacifico Beach Club offers the finest beachfront dining, lounging and swimming in town, with two sparkling infinity pools overlooking a grassy space with sunbathing lounges and shaded cabanas. Pacifico is right next to the upscale Auto Mercado grocery store and within walking distance of multiple restaurants, bars and shops on Coco’s vibrant main street. There is no better home base from which to explore this hopping boom town.

The unit was lovely and clean! Great amenities including pool, hot tub, pickleball courts and soccer field. Groceries, bars and restaurants just a short drive away. Would definitely come back!

Perfect stay in Coco
Super clean well appointed very spacious condo. Beds comfortable. Great location- a bit too long of a walk to beach, be sure to have a rental car or golf cart to buzz around town). Nice pools, decent pool bar (). Really nice views of mountain area. Helpful mgmt company. Would definitely stay again if we come back to coco.

Mini vacation
We stayed in this lovely condo for a few days after attending a wedding in Costa Rica. The condo was as pictured. Very clean with comfortable furniture and bedding. The grounds were lovely. Communication with the staff was very responsive . Would highly recommend a stay here.

The best part of our trip to Coco Beach was the condo! It was absolutely beautiful. Coco beach on the other hand was a huge disappointment. We spent the majority of our time there at the condo and enjoying it!

Overall we enjoyed the condo. It was spacious and had lovely views. Close to amenities and the beach. Pools were great and warm. We felt the unit needed a bit more TLC before our arrival. The icemaker in fridge was empty for first 24 hours. Bodywash in shower was empty. Cooking oil container was almost empty. No sugar packs for coffee. Lights above table were a collection point for bugs. Dishwasher/garburator backed up on last day and wouldn’t drain. Only enough dishwasher pods to use once a day. (For a condo that can accommodate a lot of guests it gets used more than once a day). Safety concern - the railing on the deck had a large opening at the bottom. Child could easily go under. I realize this is not the fault of the owners but it is something that should be addressed by all condos. This would not pass inspection in Canada. Something to keep in mind if traveling with children. (Picture attached)

Family trip to Costa Rica
My wife, I and our 2 adult children met in Costa Rica for a week long vacation. The unit in Pacifico was great. Lovely property with great pools, manicured grounds. Felt very secure and safe (though felt so throughout our visit, love this country).
The unit was very clean, well appointed kitchen, plenty of towels, linens and mid week maid service. It is close to a very modern, well stocked grocery store, short walk to the downtown of Playa del Coco which offers numerous restaurant options. The beach is just under 1 mile if you want to walk. We did rental a vehicle and did some day trips, had a great day in Tamarindo with surfing lessons.
Pacifico has a beach club that is a short drive (shuttle available but plenty of parking also) and is wonderful with great amenities.
The staff at Special Places was excellent, very responsive.
I would recommend this property for families, couples traveling together. Very likely to come back ourselves.

We stayed in unit L815 in Pacifico using Special Places through VRBO. Our experience was nothing but top notch! Stephanie was very accommodating and ensured our experience was seamless!
