Our host Julia was wonderful! Julia communicated with us throughout our trip, she helped if we questions or needed help with anything. So very kind! The house was beautiful inside and out, with charm and peacefulness. The house was immaculately clean and fresh throughout. We genuinely loved staying here. The saltwater pool was amazing, super clean and very nicely heated so we could use the pool every night too. The location was perfect, away from the crowded main strip of Siesta Key yet literally minutes from beaches and main strip. The house is in a nice neighborhood. We felt completely safe and comfortable. It’s a quiet, friendly neighborhood with a park nearby with picturesque views for evening sunsets. If we come back to Siesta Key we would come back to Julia’s house again and I would recommend to any friends and family as well.

Ein tolles Haus mit einem wunderschönen Außenbereich. Das Haus war sehr gut ausgestattet. Man hatte alles was man braucht. Der Pool war angenehm warm und wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in Julias Haus. Sie stand für alle Fragen und auch mal Probleme sofort bereit und hat alles schnell gelöst. Die Nachbarschaft ist angenehm und ruhig. Besonders toll war der gegenüberliegende Park zum entspannen, Angeln, Spielplatz oder Mittwochs für den Farmers Market. Wir kommen gerne wieder :)

Julia is a great hostess, everything you need to spend time in a home is there. Very well appointed, close to the park to take walks with your guests and pet. Neighborhood is very nice, quiet area, close to grocery store, other retail shops, beaches for beautiful sunsets and short drive to tourist related activities like St. Armands Circle or the Ringling Museums. Highly recommend if you are in the area.

Loved our stay. Everything you need for a great vacation, is in this home. Easy & quick communication with owner. Took my grandma (which has Alzheimer’s) to a peaceful & loving home. Would recommend 100%. Also very close to both Turtle Beach (which I love) & Siesta Key Beach, truly loved our getaway. Thank you! P.s. incredible sunset right from the pool :)

Fun time in Siesta Key

Great spacious property, clean and high end linens. We had everything we needed for our stay to use at the beach which was a huge plus. The surrounding area was very quiet and safe. Short drive to the beach.

Check in and access was short and sweet, pool was amazing and perfect for kids, house was clean and had everything we needed and more! Host was easy to communicate with and got back to us fast, even sent someone over right away to help with an issue we had! Would recommend over and over again!

Peaceful Retreat

The house had everything we could possibly imagine: peaceful, private front porch for meals with fun suspended chair, water fountain and wind chimes; well stocked kitchen with ample everything; screened pool with volleyball net, 4 pool noodles and furniture; backyard propane grill and fire pit amidst a welcoming garden; beach towels, beach tent, chairs and boogie boards; comfy beds and furnishings; and wow, what a game closet!!We loved our stay!

This house exceeding my expectations, the pictures don't do it justice. The pool and garden were beautiful. The house was spacious, clean, and well stocked. The A/c was running when we arrived, the pool was heated just right. Julia the hostess was so helpful, checking in, giving us recommendations for the local area. She thought through all the details to make it a wonderful stay. Would absolutely go back!

Lovely Spanish Garden Hideaway in Sarasota, Florida!

Our stay at was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The property is even more beautiful in person than in the photos. The space was clean, spacious, and thoughtfully decorated. We loved the cozy ambiance and all the little touches that made it feel like a true retreat. The backyard is a lush wonderland of gorgeous trees and plants, and is fully fenced, so great for dogs. The location is fantastic – quiet, yet close enough to all the attractions we wanted to visit. We especially appreciated the gorgeous artwork, the snacks left for us in the living room, the starter house goods like toilet paper and laundry detergent, the lovely bed spreads. The owner was so sweet about keeping the pool warm. It made our stay extra special. The kitchen was well-equipped, so we had everything we needed to prepare meals. The host was incredibly welcoming, and we felt well taken care of during our entire stay.Overall, this property was the perfect choice for our trip, and we can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend!

Wonderful stay with a truly professional host!

We stayed at Julia’s place in Sarasota for 10 days over New Years. We had a wonderful time. It was just the break that we needed from the stress and cold back home. The home is clean, well maintained, and well appointed. Also Julia was the consummate professional. She communicated clearly and checked in periodically to see that we had everything we needed.There was a miscommunication (no one’s fault) and Julie worked tirelessly to resolve the issue. I recommend without reservation!

Perfect Family Getaway

Julia was the best host, amazingly quick response for any question we had! She even borrowed a fishing rod for our 10 year old to use while we were there. Above and beyond. The swimming pool was gorgeous. The kitchen was well stocked. We loved this property!

Relaxing and Comfy

The ideal stay! Cozy and Comfy home perfect for our family vacation. Area is close enough to the beach but far enough from hussle and bustle and only about 2-hours from the parks in Orlando too! Julia is exceptional at communication and is extremely pleasant to deal with. The home has everything you need, is very clean and the pool with lanai is perfect! Definitely consider coming back next time we’re in town

Great Stay and Location

We truly enjoyed this property. The home was great and very relaxing. The pool was exceptional with all the play toys. The kitchen was ready for cooking with all the tools provided. I used the grill😀😀!! The beds were very nice and clean. We actually arrived a day early by mistake and the owner was accommodating so we didn’t need to find a hotel. Thank you Julia for being the perfect host.
