  • Idyllic Holiday Properties is een klein, vriendelijk vakantieaanbod dat een eerlijke en efficiënte service biedt voor onze particuliere huurwoningen gelegen op fantastische locaties op Anna Maria Island aan de Golfkust van Florida. Het eiland heeft 7 mijlen van mooi suiker-wit zandig strand waar u pelikanen zult zien duiken, dolfijnen spelen en ibis lopen.

    We hebben 6 eigendommen op het eiland, waaronder ons strandhuis, dat, zoals de naam al doet vermoeden, direct aan het strand ligt met uitzicht op de oceaan, en onze 3 huisjes op slechts 200 meter van het strand en het voordeel hebben van een zwembad in vrije vorm met waterval.

    Al onze accommodaties zijn prachtig gerenoveerd, comfortabel ingericht en goed uitgerust met alles wat we hopen dat u nodig heeft om van de perfecte vakantie te genieten.

The location is really perfect. It's literally just a few steps away from the beach access. Also, it's just a short walk to Pine St for restaurants, etc. We really loved the shared pool, and mostly had it to ourselves even though the other units were occupied. The communication with the owner/manager was excellent. The bedroom was on the small side, so it was a bit of a challenge with our two luggages, but we knew that when we rented it, and weren't bothered by that.

The location of Shell Cottage is exceptional. Such an easy walk to the beach and restaurants. Unfortunately there is construction surrounding the cottage and because of the noise the pool was not a relaxing place to be during the day. Despite this, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

We had a good time although the access to the beach is not good also the 4 days we could not swim in the sea because of the strong waves I also had to fix the lock of the apartment that consists of two the one below was almost loose something else there were no spoons we had a good time but not so well

Shell cottage review

Shell cottage is a small cozy cabin. My daughter and family stayed at an adjoining cabin, so it was perfect. Very close to the beach, easy to walk back and forth. Pool was very nice and we divided up our time between the beach and pool. I would stay there again.

Perfect location! Steps from the beach. And walking distance to both Pine Street and Gulf Drive for shopping and restaurants.We were checking in the Sunday of the St. Patrick’s Day parade and I was very concerned about getting to the unit with the parade happening. I texted Debbi and she immediately got back to me and let me know as soon as the unit was ready so we could get in before the parade started. She was awesome.

The cottage was perfect. Clean. Comfortable. Beautiful pool. A 30 second walk to the most beautiful beach. Walkable to shop, cafes, bakeries. At the north end of the island so it’s quiet and private. Will definitely return.

Anniversary

The cottage was just what was listed. We had everything we needed for a great anniversary celebration. And it was a bonus that the other 3 cottages were vacant so we had the pool to ourselves!

Our perfect beach escape.

The cottage was all we had hoped it would be. The pool was amazing. So nice to come out of your room right into a beautifully set pool. The walk to beach is very short. The beach is almost secluded. Just like a fairy tale island getaway!

The studio apartment was pretty perfect. It was a very short walk to the beach. It was clean and had everything we needed in the kitchen. We appreciated the email prior with all the specifics and the manager texted us to make sure we had her contact info in case we needed it.

Cute cottage near the beach and east walk to Pine St

My wife and I needed a one bedroom place north of Pine St to be close to our daughter’s place. This was perfect, cozy, neat and clean. Shared pool was great. Nice pool furniture, landscape and pool deck. Small kitchen and bathroom worked for the two of us.

Wonderful week.

My husband and I had a marvelous week at Shell Cottage. We had a change of plans and Leane was absolutely wonderful in working with us to make it work out. The unit is very small but very clean and comfortable. Perfect for two. We will definitely be back!
