It was cute and the area was interesting. Generally clean and comfortable. There is a very loud compressor fur the AC in a closet in the bedroom that can keep you up if you are noise sensitive. There's no TV in the bedroom either. Otherwise it was nice.
The start of my stay was almost stopped by the app telling me they ran into a problem on their end and I couldn't get in, but when I reached out to Garrett on the website itself, he responded almost immediately and gave me the entry code. Outside of that little hiccup, the stay was perfect; the location is quite centralized to everything we were looking for and getting around was rather easy, if we didn't want to drive sometimes. There's a nice little Amish diner around the corner, whose food was really good. But portions, too. The property was very clean and had everything we needed for our 4 day vacation.
the cutest little home! a SUPER close drive to the beach and tourist things. the host was very quick at responses and overall great hospitality. I felt safe in the neighborhood as well.
In town to attend a wedding. Place provided perfect space to rest between events. Quiet neighborhood within walking distance to eateries, The Legacy Trail etc. Beaches within 15 min drive.
Easy to book and find. This was a sweet, fast, fun, getaway for us. Nice weekend to clear our heads. Everything we needed was close by. We will book again.
Cute very comfortable apartment in a quiet neighborhood. Amish coffee shop, bakery and ice cream shop around the corner. I was there solo, but comfortable for 2 people. The apartment is on the ground floor in front of the carport so easy to navigate if anyone has mobility issues- no steps. Great communication with host. The HVAC system is in one of the closets in the bedroom, so it does sound like the quiet hum of the inside of an airplane cabin in flight, but it's sort of like white noise- just FYI if you're very sensitive to noise. I always sleep with ear plugs so it was fine. You could potentially hear upstairs walking etc, but I had overall quiet neighbors when I was there. Siesta Key Beach or the Ringley Museum are about 20mins in either direction.
My husband and I appreciated that it was a quiet neighborhood. Our unit was very updated with all needed amenities. Very pleased and hopefully we can go again!
We stayed there while vacationing with our daughter and family in Pinecraft. We were within a short walk to their rented house. It was perfect in every way, we had everything we needed. Definitely will book this apartment again! Loved how clean it was and the attention to details!
Just perfect for a birthday and anniversary getaway!
I was a little hesitant to book this property since it had no reviews, but Iâm so glad I did! It was immaculately clean and decorated so cute. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. Itâs conveniently located around many great restaurants and lots of things to do. If we ever visit Sarasota again, I will book again.
This property was the best for a weekend getaway with your spouse! The house was clean and organized. It was the perfect location to get to and from the hot spots of the surrounding areas. Not far from the beach, or your local target! Definitely recommend!!
I was actually âworkingâ while in Sarasota. I drove some Amish down from KY. This apartment was perfectly located so that I could be on call whenever they needed me. Itâs a comfortable, clean spot to call home for a few days.
Queen Palm unit was nice, but small so only works for short term stays: small refrigerator and cooktop, no oven, dishwasher, garbage disposal, cooking utensils or mixing bowls. No ice maker or cube trays even. No ceiling fan in bedroom and only one nightstand. Enjoyed nearby âLegacyâ bike trail. Round trip ride to Bay (not Bayfront) Park was only 12 miles.
