With 2 bedrooms, plus a den with a pull out sofa sleeper, this home has been totally updated throughout in gorgeous coastal decor and offers all of the modern amenities you desire. Bright open living area and kitchen with stainless appliances, ceramic top stove, beautiful tile, and skylights.

The living room with a large flat screen TV leads out to a wonderful screened porch for separate lounging or your early morning breakfast.

Inside, there are two beautiful queen sized bedrooms, one that leads right out to the tropical outdoor pool area, along with a den with a sleeper sofa and desk.

Poolside, you can lounge in the chaise lounges by the sparkling pool or BBQ and have dinner under the partially shaded area with a dining table. There is even an outdoor shower for showering off after the beach!

Island Time is located just a block off of Pine Avenue, with all of its shops and restaurants and you can walk just a few blocks to the Rod & Reel Pier and have a bite to eat or throw your fishing line in! When you are ready to explore the island, you can hop on board the free AMI trolley that runs daily along the entire seven miles of the island and has a stop at the Anna Maria City Pier, just blocks from your door.

Anna Maria Life Vacation Rentals will charge your credit card for your deposit payment. You will also see a separate charge by VRBO for their service fee.

Your final balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival date. We will send you a final payment reminder 90 days prior to arrival. We do not automatically charge your card for your final balance.

The instructions for making your final payment will be included in your final payment reminder.
