Nice place in Sarajevo
The hotel is in the city center but you have to walk about 15 min to the basCarsi, Hotel personals can be more friendly and nice. They looks like too tired.. and talking like that I am not there... Rooms are amazing but for the arround 160 euro you can find mutch better hotels in the city center.. Peoples who is using bussiness traveling for sarajevo can use this hotel. Furder Sarajevo never go in Winter. ( boring ) In the summer is just good once you there you can visit even couple places like mostar, and carefull once you driving self car there is a lot of car brokers ... so do not park outsite never... PS: parking for the hotel even crazy 13 euro in a day....

Mooi appartementenhotel. Het hotel heeft geen restaurant, maar de service was vriendelijk. Door het gratis ontbijt was het in de ochtend chaotisch in de kleine ontbijtzaal.

The staff has unique culture and work ethics you would not find even in most trendy hotels. It's unique experience you have to feel. Staff is so natural and welcoming (not artificially as you may experience with some other chains). I would rate it 10 out of 10 even if they cost 10 times more. There's no amount of money that can replace normal relaxed interaction with staff that will go forth and back to accommodate your needs. Rare to see these days, even at most expensive resorts around the world.

We had a great stay. The staff is very friendly and attentive, especially Fatima. Breakfast was much more than we expected with many choices of hot and cold dishes. Location is close to the main Sarajevo sights yet in a calm and quite spot. The rooms are spacious with many amenities including fully equipped kitchenette. Thanks for having us.

For a well recognized hotel chain, I was disappointed with the customer service. We checked in at about 6 pm. Discovered that our 3rd bed had no towels or sheets. Several calls to housekeeping and receptions to which we were told “5 min” more than once. Over a 1.5 hr later still no linens. Eventually someone arrived with sheets, towels but no pillow. We booked our room for 3 nights under 2 back to back reservations. When we checked in reception assured me that we could stay in the room. The note was not shared with colleagues who threatened to remove us from the room because we needed to check out. I booked this hotel because it had on site parking. It does. But, you need to drive your car into a claustrophobic box elevator. I don’t usually write a poor hotel review, but beware booking here.
