'Everything was great'

'First night I got there, there were ants in my room. It was just a few, so I just left it alone and killed them… Next night there was a whole lot more, they were crawling on the headboard of the bed!!! I called room service, and they said that they couldn’t do anything because maintenance had left for the day, and they didn’t have a key for the maintenance room. That night I had to sleep far away from the headboard, so that I wouldn’t get ants on me. They were unable to get me another room...

'Breakfast was good.'

'Staff was great, Very clean lobby and rooms. Comfy and updated rooms. Breakfast was standard. Very convenient was there for 2 nights for a wedding. Rooms were freshened up every day. Walking distance to a couple restaurants. Minuets from a shopping plaza . Would definitely stay again.'

'Beds were comfortable but recommend bringing your own pillow unless you like sore necks. Breakfast had a lot of variety and was tasty. Pool/hot tub hadn’t been open yet, so that was a bummer. Conveniently located property!'

'There were bed bugs'

'Staff was very friendly which eased the frustrations we encountered. The card to open the room failed several times which made us have to return to the front desk to fix it each time taking the very slow elevator. The shower curtain rod in the bathroom was installed too high for the curtain so the floor became very wet with each use. The mirror in the bathroom had no light, only one light on the ceiling, very dim for applying make up. No hooks in the bathroom for used towels or toiletries bag,...

'A very outdated room! We had to have the front desk lady (maintenance) come up three times to get the TV to work. The room smelled like a big smelly dog had just left. We asked for a different room, but they said they were sold out. (even though we saw several empty rooms at the time) we pre purchased two nights. We had to have the cleaning person bring deodorizer up, which only helped for about 30 minutes. The lotion dispenser on the wall was empty so I went to find the cleaning person,,, they...

'Coffee M club was out Saturday morning. Unfortunate. Otherwise good stay'

'Staff was great. Hotel was dirty, dingy and dated. Reserved and paid for 2 queen beds and received a king bed with pullout couch. That was not comfortable.'

'Very dirty and smoke Not safe health'

'The floors were so dirty that the carpet was sticky. The bathroom was not clean.'

'Een overnachting zoals je van Quinta kan verwachten, niets meer en niets minder. Wat tegenviel was de geluidshinder van de highway recht tegenover de kamer. En het rolgordijn stelde niets voor, waardoor het gewoon licht bleef in de kamer. Verduisterende gordijnen zouden hier op zijn plaats zijn. Waarschijnlijk kunnen die dan ook het verkeerslawaai dempen. '
