« The Property has the potential to be excellent. On previous visits the units have been clean and well maintained. This time the place was grubby, the floors, carpets and lounge chairs were very dirty and the two mattresses in the second bedroom appeared to be so worn out as to be too uncomfortable to sleep on. Management refused to replace the mattress and after promising to resolve the issue on a Friday afternoon, were never heard from again. We were forced to find alternative accommodation...
